The brief for this project was to create and implement the corporate identity for Show Translation’s new project -’AirScript’- a handheld device that provides simultaneous subtitles for musicals and live shows. The approach taken was the use of a strong
typeface for the logo with some more playful illustration components for the folders, business cards and website proposal. AirScript™ made it’s debut launch with hit musical ‘HairSpray’ and is now in use in the West End classic ‘The Lion King’.
As part of the corporate identity development, Joint Perspectives designed the business cards and presentation folders for Show Translations, AirScript's parent company.
The AirScript logo had to be simple yet strong and distinctive. Because of the dark environment in which the device is used, no colour could be used, in order to not draw attention that could distract both audiences and cast.
The proposal for the website was the starting point for the creation of a series of illustrations based on the AirScript device.
